By booking a consultation or service with BodyEnvironmentMind, whether through this website, by email, or by phone, you agree to be bound by the following:

Terms and Conditions

1. Services offered through consultation with BodyEnvironmentMind are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal, or technical advice.  If you have medical concerns, please be sure to consult a doctor or other relevant specialist in addition to engaging with BodyEnvironmentMind.

2. Please book appointments at least 72 h in advance, and note that a fee may apply if you cancel within 48 h of your appointment.

3. Payment may be made by e-transfer in advance or by cash in person at your appointment.

Privacy

Your privacy is an absolute priority for BodyEnvironmentMind.  To that end:

1. You will be asked to complete a personal information form prior to your first BodyEnvironmentMind appointment. We collect only such information as is relevant to the consultation offered to you. 

2. Your personal information will under no circumstances be shared with third parties. 

3. Your personal information will be stored securely as long as we retain it and then expunged from our records.
